Wayne is very responsive! He answers very quickly and is very transparent about pricing. The service is affordable and quick! We had cat pee in the basement from switching her litter (she was very unhappy with us). He was able to identify the spots with a black light and concentrate the sanitizing and deodorizing in those spots. He also was able to remove lipstick and dried cat vomit from the carpet. It looks great and the smell is not abrasive when you enter the basement! He also did our stairs down into the basement and an upholstered chair! Everything looks great! We will use him again for our upstairs, once I get my life together to get it ready for him.
